Our Commitment
At Ghodexarchel, we take pride in the quality of our custom draperies and are committed to your complete satisfaction. We understand that ordering custom window treatments is an investment, and we want you to be delighted with your purchase.
Custom Orders
Because our draperies are custom-made to your specific measurements and design preferences, we have the following policies:
- Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect
- All measurements must be approved by the customer before production begins
- Fabric choices and design selections are confirmed before cutting
- Deposits on custom orders are non-refundable once production has started
Defective Products
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we will:
- Repair the defect at no additional cost
- Replace the item if the defect cannot be repaired
- Provide a full refund if replacement is not possible
Defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately if you notice any issues with your order.
Fabric Samples
Fabric sample kits are refundable when:
- Returned within 30 days of receipt
- Samples are in original condition
- You credit the sample fee toward a drapery order
Hardware and Accessories
Non-custom hardware and accessories may be returned:
- Within 30 days of purchase
- In original, unused condition with all packaging
- With proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return or report a defect:
- Contact our customer service team by phone or email
- Provide your order number and detailed description of the issue
- Include photographs if reporting a defect
- Wait for return authorization before shipping any items back
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect returned items:
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
Cancellations
Order cancellations are accepted:
- Within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund
- Before fabric cutting has begun, with deposit retained
- Cancellations after production has started are not possible
